    Our Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers are part of Kindred Healthcare’s network of post-acute care that also includes Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, rehabilitation services locations and home care and hospice services.

    From intensive short term rehabilitation therapy to longer-term restorative care, our Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers provide a full range of nursing care and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Our clinical capabilities allow us to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.

    Many of our residents return home within a few weeks, but for those who cannot, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

    We treat a variety of conditions and provide an array of services including, but not limited to:
